At Palak Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food, herbal, and consumable products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
  1. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  1. Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

In locations where pickup is not feasible, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  1. b) Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after return approval or product verification.

Bank processing time may vary.

  1. Replacement Policy
  • Replacement will be offered where stock is available.
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened food & consumable products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.
